To create a course and add multimedia content, follow these steps:
1. Go to your admin dashboard and click on "Products >> Courses".
2. From there click on “+ create course” in the top right of the page. Now provide the mandatory details of the course that includes course name, course description, date of launch, description and a thumbnail.
3. Toggles:
Thrive Miles: Enable this toggle for the learners to earn Thrive miles which helps them to check their progress and creates engagement.
Duration: Enable this toggle to inform learners about the expected duration of the course.
Certification: Enable this toggle for learners to gain a certificate upon completion of course.
Enable Reminder Notifications: Enabling this helps learners to get notifications and boosts engagement.
Mandatory: By enabling this toggle, the course is added in the “Recommended” section with a “Required” tag for learners.
5. “Curriculum” here you can start creating your course content or outline by adding video, audio, text, file, assessment, practice and “create section” by choosing this option you can create a group for the topics like a folder.
6. To create course content click on “Curriculum >>Add new”. Now choose the type of media that you want to include in each topic, such as video, audio, files, text, practice, or assessment. After selecting the media type provide the mandatory details of the media that includes:
Title: The name that you want to give to your topic.(mandatory)
Description: Provide the information of your topic.(optional)
Source: Upload your content by using the suitable methods. For example, “Upload file,” “File URL,” and “Import from library.”(mandatory)
Assessment: By choosing this option you can easily create or add an assessment for your specific course.
Practices: This option helps you to redirect to the practice sources where you can add or create practices to your course.
Section: Click on this option if you want to arrange the media in folders.

7. “Completion Required to Proceed” toggle. By enabling this toggle learners are required to complete the particular topic before proceeding to the next topic.
8. Now review it by clicking on “Preview course”. Then choose whether you want to “Save as draft” or “Publish” it.
