Media files - Everything you need to know

1. What are the supported file extensions for upload/import in the LMS on the platform?

The supported file extensions for upload/import in the LMS on the Thriving Springs platform are:

Videos: mp4

Audios: mp3

Images: png, jpg

Files: pdf

(*Note: Only these mentioned file types can be previewed currently)

2. How can admins add media to the Learning objects on the platform?

Admins can add media to the courses on the Thriving Springs platform by following these steps:

Inside a Course:

1. Create a course by adding a course name (mandatory), and description/thumbnail (optional).

2. Click on "Save and Continue".

3. Add Section - Add Topics - Video/Audio/File/Text/Practice/Assessments.

4. Add Video Upload/Media URL/Import from Media Library/Assessment or Practices List and upload the data accordingly.

Inside a Journey:

1. Create a journey by adding a journey name (mandatory), and description/thumbnail/ duration/ thrive miles/ banner quote/ banner text (optional).

2. Click on "Save and Continue".

3. Add Phase >> Add Section >> Add Topics >> Video/Audio/File/Text/Practice/Assessments.

4. Add Video Upload/Media URL/Import from Media Library/Assessment or Practices List and upload the data accordingly.

Inside a Practice:

1. Create a practice by adding a practice name (mandatory), and description/thumbnail (optional).

2. Choose a media file type.
   

3. Add Media Upload/Media URL/Import from Media Library upload/ import the data accordingly.
