Follow the steps below to create a quick survey:
Go to your admin dashboard and click on "Products >> Surveys".
From there click on “+ create survey” in the top right of the page. Now provide the mandatory details required to create a survey. The details include:
What will you call your survey? Give a name to your survey.
How would you describe the survey to the users? Provide a description of your survey (Optional).
“Frequency” Select the frequency of survey from the given option in the drop box.
Choose “start date” & “end date” of the survey.
“Upload a Thumbnail” (Optional).
Enable “Required” toggle for a "mandatory" flag on the learner portal's survey card and Specify duration to complete the survey from enrollment date. (Optional)
3. Now click “Next” to proceed with adding questions.
4. Fill the required details to add questions. The details include:
If the question is compulsory, enable the “Mandatory” toggle in the top right.
Now select the “Question type” from the dropdown.
Provide the “Question text” & “Question description”(Optional)
You can add more questions by clicking on “Add Question”.
5. Click on “Next” to review and publish your survey.
