User progress and Responses

1. What Can We See in User Progress and Responses?

User progress and responses allow you to view user assignments, assessments, events, survey responses, and more. Let's explore all the products and learn how to access user responses and track their progress.


Courses:


Step 1: Go to the courses section and select the specific course you want to check by using search option. Now click on "View" under the user's progress.

Step 2: You will be directed to a list of users enrolled in the course.

Step 3: Use the search option to find the user whose report you want to check.

Step 4: Now click on "View" under the report section to find the user's responses.

Step 5: You will now be able to see the user's responses to the course assessment or other related activities.


Practices: 


Under practice section you will be able to find the assignments done by the users

Step 1: Navigate to the Products >> Practices.

Step 2: Now use the search option to find the practice that you want.

Step 3: After you search, Click on “view assignment” which will be under the assignment section.

Step 4: Then you will be taken to the users list who are all enrolled in the practice.

Step 5: Now you will be able to see the users status and the assignment submissions.


Assessment:

Step 1: Navigate to the Products >> Assessment.

Step 2: You will be navigated to the assessments page. Now use the search option to find the assessment that you want.

Step 3: Click on the “view” option under the user responses section.

Step 4: Now you will be navigated to the users list who are enrolled to the specific assessment.

Step 5: Now click on the “view” option under the report section to check the assessment submission of the user.


Survey:


Step 1:  Head to Product >> Survey.

Step 2: Navigate to the specific survey that you want by using the search option.

Step 3: Now click on the “view” option which is under the user responses section.

Step 4: Now you will be taken to the users list who attempted the survey.

Step 5: Now click on “view” to access the response of the user.


Events: 


Step 1: Navigate to Product >> Events

Step 2: Now use the search option to find the specific event that you want.

Step 3: Now click on the “view” option which will be under the enrolled users section.

Step 4: You will be navigated to the users page you are enrolled in the event.

Step 5: On this page you will be able to see “User Status” and “Event Status”.
