Learner's Account Setup: Getting Started!

Welcome to the Thriving Springs Learners' Portal Account Setup Guide!
Learner Access: Users can access learner portal from 
learn.thrivingsprings.com or <companyname>.learn.thrivingsprings.com 

1. Getting Added as a Learner: Ask your company's admin or trainer to add you as a learner. They will need to input your details into the system.


2. Receiving Invitation Email: Once you're added, you'll receive an email at your registered email address. This email will contain a link to the learner's portal and a temporary password.





3. Joining Learner's portal: Click on the link provided in the email. This will direct you to the learner's portal.


4. Setting Your New Password: You'll be asked to enter the temporary password provided in the email. After entering it, you'll need to create a new password for yourself. Make sure your new password meets the following criteria:

   - It should be at least six characters long, but no more than 99 characters.

   - It should include at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character (e.g., ! @, #, $, %).



5. Logging In: You'll be directed to the Learner's Login Page after setting your new password. Here, you can log in using your registered email id and your newly created password. 



 

6. That's it now you are all set to begin your learning journey.
