Learner - Sign up & password reset

Welcome to the Thriving Springs Learners' Portal! 

Learner Access: learn.thrivingsprings.com or <companyname>.learn.thrivingsprings.com 
(Note: this URL will be available as a ‘Slug’ link during sign-in) 

To access the portal, you need to be added as a learner by the admin of your company or department. Once you are added, you will receive an email at your registered email address containing a link to the learner's portal and a temporary password.

Simply click on the link in the email and you will be directed to the learner's portal. Here, you will be prompted to enter your temporary password and create a new password for yourself. 

Please note that your new password must meet the following criteria:

1. It should be at least six characters long, but no more than 99 characters.

2. It should include at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character (e.g., ! @, #, $, %).

After setting your new password, you will be directed to the Learner's Login Page where you can log in to the portal using your registered email id and your newly created password.
